furniture. By accessing and using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with
and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Order Process

2.1 Placing Orders:
All orders placed through our website or directly with our sales team are considered binding
once they are confirmed. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to
date information.
2.2 Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the products,
quantities, prices, and shipping costs. This confirmation email does not constitute an
acceptance of the order but an acknowledgment of the order receipt.
2.3 Modifications or Cancellations:
Wholesale orders can be modified or canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing:
All prices listed on our website or quoted by our sales team are in South African Rand (ZAR)
and are subject to change without notice. Prices may di er for wholesale orders depending
on the volume and specific requirements.
3.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All payments for wholesale
orders must be made in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3 Late Payments:
If payments are not received within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest
on overdue amounts and/or cancel the order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 Shipping Information:
We ship only within South Africa. For international orders, special arrangements must be
made. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
4.2 Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is subject to product availability and shipping conditions. While we
strive to fulfill all orders on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
4.3 Shipping Risk:
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer once the items are delivered.
4.4 Delivery Issues:
If there are any issues with the delivery (e.g., missing or damaged items), customers must
report these within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the
issue promptly.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns:
Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, except for defective or damaged items. If
you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
5.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for defective or damaged products, subject to an inspection of the
items. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5.3 Restocking Fees:
In certain cases, restocking fees may apply for returned products that are not defective or
damaged.

6. Warranty & Liabilities

6.1 Warranty:
All products sold by Wholesale Beds & Couches come with a 12-month warranty covering
manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper
handling.
6.2 Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective products.

7.1 Ownership of Content:
All content, including but not limited to product descriptions, images, logos, and
trademarks, is the property of Wholesale Beds & Couches and is protected by copyright
laws.
7.2 Usage Restrictions:
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written

8.1 Privacy Policy:

used solely for the purpose of processing your orders, responding to inquiries, and
improving customer service.

information with third-party service providers (e.g., delivery companies) to fulfill orders.

9.1 Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through
negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be settled through arbitration or
through the courts of South Africa.
